Summary

Clear guidelines for community skill submissions, review process, and a community/ directory for third-party skills.

Why

tonsofskills grew to 2,800+ skills through community contributions. The suite's architecture supports extension but has no on-ramp.

Quality criteria (SKILL.md, scripts, schema, smoke test)
PR template for submissions
