The site copies have been restyled and brought up to date with current operations (Hetzner hosting, Architect Console lead pipeline, Georgia governing law, etc). Before treating these as production legal documents, get an attorney pass:

  • Confirm liability cap ($100) is appropriate
  • Confirm indemnification language
  • Confirm CCPA section is sufficient (or add other state laws as needed)
  • Confirm data-handling disclosures match actual practice
  • Confirm trademark / IP assertions
