Move the demo Cookslate instance from Scooby to the new cloud VPS.

  • Deploy demo Cookslate Docker stack
  • Migrate or recreate demo database with sample data
  • Set up demo reset cron job on new VPS
  • Update demo.cookslate.app DNS to new VPS
  • Verify DemoGuard middleware blocks writes correctly
  • Test demo account login and browsing experience
