Set up the new Hetzner VPS with Docker, Caddy, and firewall.

Tasks

Create VPS on Hetzner Cloud
Harden SSH (key-only, non-default port)
Install Docker + Docker Compose
Set up Caddy as reverse proxy with automatic TLS
Configure firewall (UFW or Hetzner Cloud Firewall)
Set up automated backups (Hetzner snapshots or custom)
Configure monitoring/alerting (uptime checks at minimum)
