Switch imagejpeg() to imagewebp() in ImageProcessor. Update filenames .jpg to .webp. Apply to new uploads only (existing stay JPEG). Saves 25-35% file size.\n\nEstimate: 30 min | Value: Low\nFiles: api/services/ImageProcessor.php, frontend/src/utils/imageUrl.js\n\nRef: docs/roadmap.md
